For more than two decades of development, SJ Group has remained steadfast in its philosophy of “Responsibility in Every Square Meter of Land,” recognizing land as a finite resource and each home as a family’s most valuable asset. With a vision to create livable and integrated communities, we pursue the principle of “investing to give back”: giving land the opportunity to be developed in line with its true value; providing residents with well-planned living environments supported by comprehensive amenities; and contributing to society through civilized, sustainable communities. Every project is delivered with a strong sense of responsibility, integrity, and an unwavering commitment to the highest standards of quality.

2001

20/09/2001: Officially established with 7 founding members.

2003

08/07/2003: Transformed from a State-Owned Enterprise into Song Da Urban Investment Construction and Development Joint Stock Company (SUDICO) under Decision No. 946/QD-BXD.

2006

• 11/05/2006: Licensed by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam to list SJS shares on HOSE.
• 06/07/2006: SJS shares officially commenced trading on the Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange (HOSE).
• 08/2006: Implemented and certified with the ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System.
• 08/2006: Awarded the Vietnam Golden Star Award 2006.

2007

• Converted two affiliated units into joint stock companies:
– SUDICO Consultant Joint Stock Company
– SUDICO Service Joint Stock Company
• Established SUDICO Tien Xuan One Member Limited Liability Company (100% owned by SUDICO).

2008

Established SUDICO An Khanh One Member Limited Liability Company (100% owned by SUDICO).

2009

• Established the SUDICO Real Estate Transaction Center.
• 02/09/2009: Received the Vietnam Golden Star Award for the second time.
• 12/2009: Increased charter capital from VND 400 billion to VND 1,000 billion.

2018

05/2018: Increased charter capital from VND 1,000 billion to VND 1,148.56 billion.

2022

Song Da Corporation – JSC fully divested its state-owned capital stake (36.35%) in SUDICO.

2024

Renamed to SJ Group, marking a strategic transformation in both operating model and long-term direction.

2025

Increased charter capital to nearly VND 3,000 billion.
